In 1978 Cleveland State Bank was purchased by WISCUB, Inc., a credit union owned bank holding company. WISCUB was incorporated with one million dollars in capital, invested by approximately 135 Wisconsin Credit Unions as stockholders.

Together, Cleveland State Bank and WISCUB, Inc. have achieved a successful family working relationship with over 100 credit unions.
